We will be staying at the Sheraton Atlanta in the heart of downtown Atlanta. It is walking distance from great shopping and many major attractions such as CNN, Martin Luther King's House and Memorial, The Georgia Aquarium and much more!!!

Cost for the trip includes flight, hotel AND one event ticket (to be determined closer to departure date)
If you have 4 people in your room the cost is $505 per person
If you have 3 people in your room the cost is $550 per person
If you have 2 people in your room the cost is $590 per person
************PAYMENT SCHEDULE*************
The following is the payment schedule which has been created to make paying easier for you!!! Individual payments MUST be made no later than the date specified. If you wish to pay more that is fine. You cannot pay less than the required payment.
January 22- $50 deposit due
February 19- $150 deposit due
March 19- $150 deposit due
April 23- $155 balance due (4ppl)
$200 balance due (3ppl)
$240 balance due (2ppl)

Payments can be made by Interac money transfer to info@TruDYNASTY.com OR in person on the specified date at Yorkdale Mall at the coffee shop upstairs of the Indigo Bookstore at 2pm. If you pay online please send an email with your full name, phone number and who you are rooming with if they have already paid, and don't forget the security answer.
A receipt will be provided with every payment received!
PLEASE BE ADVISED- Due to airline rules there will be NO switching of names and your initial $50 deposit is non-refundable. We will be offering cancellation insurance for those who would like it. A group rate is being negotiated. If you choose NOT to get cancellation insurance, whatever you have put down will be non-refundable!!!
To get to the airport in Buffalo- Megabus.com offers fares starting at $1. Fares go on sale 28 days prior to the departure date. When you click the Canadian site you will get 2 departure times. When you click the American site you will see many more options.
Greyhound also drops you right at the Buffalo airport as well.
We are attempting to organize an optional shuttle bus in Atlanta to bring you to the hotel however it is only a 10min taxi ride. More details will be provided as we get closer to the date :)

If you already have a costume because you have played mas with us you can wear that on the road. If you wish to purchase a costume, female costume prices are $90 and male- $70. Food and drink will be provided on the road for all masqueraders and those in t-shirt mas. (TruDYNASTY shirts are included with your trip purchase. For those in Atlanta you can purchase a shirt for $15) Only masqueraders will cross the stage and be judged.
