TruDYNASTY is now an ‘A’ Band!

TruDYNASTY tied 1st place in the 2010 Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Parade and is now an ‘A’ Band. TruDYNASTY will now be positioned in the front of the parade positioning somewhere from Band 1 to Band 8.

TruDYNASTY is known for breaking traditions within the carnival industry which is likely why in 2010, TruDYNASTY won 3rd place at Atlanta’s Caribbean 2010 Carnival and tied 1st place at the Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Parade launching them from a 'C' category band to an 'A' category band - which has only been done 3 times prior in the 44 year history of the parade! - A magnificent feat for this young duo and definitely not the last!

TruDYNASTY is a dynamic band with a great future. TruDYNASTY designs costumes that have a unique style. They have fresh ideas that display a ‘renewed energy that masqueraders and spectators alike have been craving’, Toronto-Lime.com.

The owners of TruDYNASTY, Thea and Dario Jackson, founded TruDYNASTY, a non-profit organization, in 2009 but have been bringing you Mas costumes for many years.

TruDYNASTY is involved in the Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival Toronto Parade and Atlanta, Georgia’s Caribbean Carnival and they designed for a band in the St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands’, 2010 Carnival. In October 2011 they plan on attending the Miami Caribbean Carnival and have plans to participate in 2012 Trinidad and Tobago Carnival.
